Rachael Hendricks joined our lab over summer as part of the GlobalLinks Learning Abroad program. Rachael is studying pharmacy at North Dakota State University in the USA and was keen to combine travel with learning more about biomedical research.

Whilst with our lab, Rachael worked on a project to formulate antioxidants from the puha plant into nanoparticulate carriers that may ultimately have application for oral supplements.

We wish you all the best for the future Rachael. It was great to have you as part of our group.
