Project title: Analytical techniques to determine CPP conjugation to PLGA nanoparticles

Project description:  Uptake of nanoparticulate systems is governed by the interaction(s) between the nanoparticles and the cell membrane – the nano-bio interface.  PLGA nanoparticles will be produced and decorated with cell penetrating peptides (CPPs) of different architectures using microfluidics.  Different analytical techniques will be utilised to characterise the attachment of the CPPs to the nanoparticles.
