CPPs have been conjugated to the surface of PLGA nanoparticles to enhance drug delivery to cells. Recent studies have explored the functionalisation of polymer nanoparticles with CPPs of different architecture to maximise the cell interactions\u00a0<em>in vivo<\/em>.
